  • a valid credit card
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (this is required to view and print the official CIC receipt)
  • access to a printer
  • JavaScript enabled on your browser

Note: In the event of a refund, CIC complies with the "Financial Administration Act". As per the Act, CIC is required to issue refunds to the payer. A payer is the person whose name appears on the credit card used to pay for the service.
