  • a valid email address for delivery of the official Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) receipt
  • a valid credit card
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (this is required to view and print the official IRCC receipt)
  • access to a printer

Note: In the event of a refund, IRCC complies with the "Financial Administration Act". As per the Act, IRCC is required to issue refunds to the payer. A payer is the person whose name appears on the credit card used to pay for the service.
